Basic Look Up:
Look up by State, NPA, LATA, Carrier, Carrier Number, Feature Code, CLLI codes, Exchange, LATA Name, Latitude, Longitude, V (Vertical), H (Horizontal) coordinates, NXX or distance to a point.

Input complete or partial search criteria:

* NPA/NXX (area code, exchange) lookup - 4, 6 or 7 digits search

* Carrier (operating carrier name or number OCN)

* CLLI partial or full 11 characters

* Exchange name lookup

* LATA (local access transport area) lookup by partial name or number

* Coordinate search by V and H or Latitude Longitude (finds the closest central office point)

* List of Feature Codes

Display/Print Data in Grid Form:
Display CO's on a Map
Calculate Local Loop Distance From an Address
Find the central office then enter an address.  The local loop distance is calculated for you and a map of the 2 points are displayed on a map.
Find the Closest CO to an Address
Nearby central offices are displayed to help you find the serving central office.  (The serving central office may not be the closest)
Convert V H to Latitude Longitude

Convert Latitude Longitude to VH

Enter a coordinate set in either Latitude Longitude or Vertical Horizontal.  The other is calculated and then the 2 points are displayed on a map.  The distance is also calculated between the 2 points using several different methods.
Batch Process Coordinates
If you have several sets of coordinates that need to be converted just use the batch process feature.

MeetPointFinder!(Additional Charge)
This uses the National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) Billing Percent data. This is also referred to a Meet Point percentage.  The route is calculated and then the percentage split is listed for each carrier involved in this circuit.
Find Alternate Routes:
Not all carriers have meet point arrangements between specific points.  C.O. Finder! will find all alternative routes using different carriers.  All of the alternate routes are listed in order of route mileage (shortest route first).  In this example, a total of 3 circuits are required to complete the path.  An interoffice circuit is required on both ends to connect to the meet point.

PortabilityFinder!(Additional Charge)
This optional feature queries the Neustar LSMS 911 database to find if a phone number has been ported to another carrier.

In this example the phone number 407-383-4805 was ported to Cingular Wireless on 03/08/2006 by means of local routing number 407-619-4196
